The whole of the British media and establishment ’taking the knee’ after the extremely questionable George Floyd incident, saying that racism was a public health issue and supporting BLM protests , literally days after berating the people really fighting for freedom against the convid restrictions putting the majority of people into abject misery. It was a ludicrous Psyop for which so many fell.. As Alan said, the definition is being against the establishment narrative, not being part of it 🙄

...Both movements have effectively been weaponised as tools of ideological and political oppression against the masses and as a way of polarising opinion and rendering genuine anti-racist and environmentalist movements tarred by association with the crass extremism that comes out of these two organisations along with the damaging effect antifa (also Soros funded) has had on real antifacism.

...for a harder, faster version of the current government policy. That is not counter cultural. It was notable that the many protests against the draconian government overreach to the scamdemic were subject to extreme actions by the police, whereas BLM (’mostly peaceful’) and XR received kids gloves and overt support from the police, media and various national institutions. The BLM founders bought mansions in America and the XR leaders are largely drawn from the british upper classes.....

Hi I enjoyed this and agreed with much of it, particularly on the death of subcultures after the rave scene died out, but one point with which I feel I have to take issue is the reference to BLM and XR. To me these are the absolute antithesis of what the genuine counter-cultural movements that came before them. Both of them have been entirely co-opted by the mainstream establishment. They both receive funding from George Soros for heaven’s sake. XR and it’s offshoots are effectively lobbying...
